Make Up Your Fricking Mind!

From Telegraph.co.uk we get this flip flop. I doubt they'll admit it. It was global warming now it's climate change. That allows them to shift as need be according to political needs. I wish these ass... scientists would make up their minds.

On another sorta related note several years back Jerry Pournelle, Larry Niven, and Michael Flynn wrote Fallen Angels. They posited that the only reason we hadn't had a new ice age was the pollution in the atmosphere.

That government, dedicated to saving the environment from the evils of technology, had been voted into power because everybody knew that the Green House Effect had to be controlled, whatever the cost. But who would have thought that the cost of ending pollution would include not only total government control of day-to-day life, but the onset of a new Ice Age?
