Four arrested for a loaded gun found in a car [NY]

Via The War On Drugs

This may be the fault of journalists without a clue. WKTV out of UTICA, N.Y. reported that police stopped a car in a routine traffic stop and arrested "all" the occupants for possession of a loaded automatic handgun. I'm in North Carolina and sure there are differences in the law up New York way. But all? The driver I might see but "all"? I'm sure the news story isn't complete. There is too much here unexplained. The fact that WKTV posts a picture of a revolver when a "loaded automatic" handgun was seized doesn't give me much faith in the report or the reporter. "All?"
