Bureaucratic Work Arounds

Because it is guidance and intended to clarify exisitng regulations, it is not subject to notice and comment requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act. This is a workaround for Agencies that want to extend their power and authority without the interference of Congress. I thought this had been addressed in Sackett v. EPA and West Virginia v. EPA. If Congress didn't specifically give you the power in the written law, you don't have it. Do the courts have to specifically address every damn agency individually?

Release the Manifesto!

Why are they hiding the manifesto?
My guess is that it shows a certain part of a very, very, very, small percentage of our population with an oversized amount of influence is bat shit crazy and we can't have that or... politics.

People in Glass Houses...

...should shut the f**K up.
Enough is enough. Clarence Thomas must resign — or be impeached.
This dimwits opinions aside, no one in Congress or the Senate who isn't blatantly partisan or had their own ethical failures shoved under a rug has a problem with this. None of the other Supreme court Justices have a problem with this. The people who do have a problem with it are pissed off a Conservative Court wont' do as they are told by the Left. They want a "liberal" majority so bad they will do anything to obtain it. Well, with a Republican majority in the House, i suspect it ain't gonna happen any more than a Democrat Majority in the Senate would find President Biden guilty of high crimes and misdermeanors, guilty of them or not.

I Suspect Their Counsel is the FBI

Seems to me if they released the manifesto the lawsuit would be moot? It is just another excuse to hold the documents back.
