AD: One Shot Gets Two

I happened across this on Youtube and thought I'd share.

It appears to me the first officer holstered his service weapon [a Glock?] with his finger on the trigger with predictable results.

I heard a story a few years back while I was in instructor training. A guy with a Glock holstered his weapon with his finger on the trigger and shot himself in the ass. He tried to holster the weapon again and shot himself again. He then flung the gun as far from himself as possible.
