Honestly, I have a hard time seeing how she is really a danger to the public. Apparently her behavior did not constitute any sort of public lewdness. She wasn't using the firearm in commission of a crime. Hell, she could move in next door to me for all I care.
Can't honestly see the po po just riding up on her. Someone saw her and reported it to the police and that made it too public. I think they ignored the indecent exposure charge and went for the gun charge instead. This is probably a plus for her since most "sex" crimes get you ont he registry these days even harmless one like this. I would have told her to get a room. that should have been the end of it. Oh and ain't that a cat ate canary mugshot.
