Holder was confirmed. The North Carolina Senator Hagen voted yea while Senator Burr said no. Several Republicans voted to confirm. I expect the assaults agaionst our Second Amendment rights to intensify under Holder. The unity Republicans showed on the stimulus bill was sadly lacking. So to was any opposition by the NRA, beyond lip service, to the nomination.
