Geez, what a bunch of Fascist pigs!
Did the police chief sleep through the free speech section of police chief indoctrination? Threats aren't threats if they are conditional or are phrased so as to not be immediate threats. You know, an immediate threat is one like, I'm taking this poster down right now and citing you right now for something you said with no imminent apparent threat. Immediate threats are not prefaced with words like, "If I ever kill you..." and include language that indicates it won't be in the night like the Cheka or NKVD or OGPU or KGB or whatever they call themselves nowadays. I know in Wisconsin they call themselves "Campus Police."

For me all was clear as soon as they mentioned running it by the campus legal counsel.
