Obama cancels economic emergency?

After nothing but doom and gloom since his inauguration President Obama now says the situation is "not as bad as we think". Anthony Martin over at the Columbia Conservative Examiner has a few things to say about this change in message. I agree. It's kinda hard to argue that we need to change health care, energy, and education and more importantly pay for it, if the economy is about to go tits up. So the economy has to get better so President Obama can push his agenda. What that means though is that he was either lying about the crisis or he is lying about the situation not being "as bad as we think". So President Obama since things are "not as bad as we think" would it be possible to put a hold on that trillion dollar pork bill y'all passed to stimulate the economy since its apparently recovering just fine without it? That's what I thought.
