I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this in-car video of a Georgia Deputy's traffic stop. That department's instructor in the tactical and legal use of a firearm should be hiding his face in shame, and I hope the Captain who wrote the letter of explanation to the victim...excuse me, driver of the vehicle includes a boot up the ass of Deputy Fife as part of the corrective action mentioned in the letter. For some reason I kinda doubt it.
