Oh. Grow up. Manchin is just the current "goat" who screws thing up, so Nancy can go to the Bolsheviks and the drooling city "pols" and explain that "she tried". If it wasn't for that "HIll Billy", they would all have gotten the candy that everyone wanted (Not). It is "theater".Manchin will be running for re-election in a very conservative state and postponing the "candy" is cheaper than the effort needed to corrupt the next election. You know, all them Hill Billies got guns!
