Can you imagine Trayvon Martin using George Zimmerman's defense?: Jarvis DeBerry
Fortunately, I don't have to imagine it.
Jury Finds Roderick Scott Not Guilty

Scott says he acted in self defense when he confronted Cervini and two others saying they were stealing from neighbors cars. He told them he had a gun and ordered them to freeze and wait for police.

Scott says he shot Cervini twice when the victim charged toward him yelling he was going to get Scott.

Black man shoots white 17 year old in self-defense and is acquitted as he should have been.

So what does the media and haters have to say about that?

Actually I can imagine it and probably to the chagrin of many on both sides of the issue see the same results -- not guilty.

Given the totality of the situation and forensic evidence; there wouldn't be sufficient evidence to convict. And I mean this not as a 28 year old Trayvon but the same 17 year old but Zimmerman died and not Trayvon.
