Wait. It's in 7.62x51? Isn't that .308?

Yeah, .303 Brit's a great cartridge but the rarity of .312(.311? not sure) bullets is very inconvenient.

.308 does pretty much everything just as well and it comes in more flavours than ice-cream. The internals of the rifle are very much the same as any Lee-Enfield of yore but I'm told it'll take an M14 10-rounder just fine.

One of my cousin's in-laws works in a gun store here (Oz) and really can't say enough nice things about these AIA Enfields, that from a man whose pride and joy is his MkIII SMLE.

I'd love one of these things, I've haven't heard or read anything yet that would deter me.
