Two sides to the story my ass

Here's the raw surveillance video of an assault on a in custody fifteen year old girl by a deputy.

You can go here to see the same video presented by local news complete with talking heads. One of the journalists comments that the deputy's attorney said that the video doesn't show both sides of the story.

There is no other side to the story. That fifteen year old girl was no threat to two properly trained deputies. They could have taken her down without that level of violence. There is no excuse for the actions of the deputy. None. His buddy who stood there with his thumb up his ass while his friend carried out the assault is just as guilty. They committed a crime and violated the public trust. A court needs to introduce both of them to a new environment behind bars. May be bubba will be sympathetic. I'm not.

Thanks to David

Yep, that's assault. No way around it. Wonder how that cop's going feel when he's in prison, and lost his career?

Although people object when a sientific analysis traces their behavior to external conditions and thus deprives them of credit and the chance to be admires, they seldom object when the same analysis absolves them of blame.

I think it is important to value a theory of prescription. The man should have selected a leadership behavior appropriate to the situational demands. By manifesting the appropriate behavior, a leader can increase a followers' effort-to-performance expectancy. These increased expectancies will improve a subordinates' effor levels and the rewards attained, which in turn will increase subordinates' satisfaction and performance levels and the accepatance of their leaders.

A real manly man, bum rushes a teen age girl, manages to kick the toilet himself in the process, which he blames on the little girl, then when she is down on the floor, face down, he punches her head twice, so her issues with breathing are quite possibly a broken nose. and then once he has her handcuffed and secure, lifts her to her feet by her hair.

yup, attitude adjustment.

I think she should be allowed to pick the man of her choice to have the same shot at the deputy as he had at her, I nominate Lawrence Taylor or perhaps Brock Lessner to Tune up this guy attitude

That "deputy" is a out-of-touch code pink worshipping flake. Not to mention a reckless values-perverting pagan.

Li'l "attitude adjustment"?!?!?!?
This is criminal assault!!!!
If you agree with the cops here, Brian, you are as much an enemy of the people as they are!

And one more thing, Adam. If you are going to write in such academic and erudite prose, at least use spell check. You're shooting down your credibility.

Crotalus should of said "your spelling sucks."
My reply-yes...yes it does.

Adam Cranston, I apologise for jumping on your spelling. (I did so on "War on Guns", too.) After writing a long reply, I noticed errors of my own. It seems I know how to spell, but sometimes I'm mighty stumble-fingered.

"Adam Cranford"? Who dat?

Crotalus I know what you mean. sometimes I think I should fire my proofreader but then I'd have to fire me.

Adam I think I get the gist of what you're saying but some people are only learn when blunt objects, figurative or literal, are involved with the educational process. For example someone needs to take a baseball bat to the knees of the deputy. that person should then give said bat to the young, and I'm probably using the term loosely, lady who would get sixty seconds to do as she likes with it.

I kind of like kahr 40's idea. Talk about a situational leadership learning experienc! I believe the sonofabitch would learn a lot from it.

Ahhh! There's nothing like a good education.

Adam, if you can't understand that no amount of leadership or education or example is going to fix what is wrong within this man, you are wasting your time in school. Because you are never going to achieve competence in drawing conclusions or making decisions.
