Fight a cop and...walk.

You sneak around the back yard of a neighbor, then fight police with enough ferocity that it takes several officers to subdue you and you walk Why? You're a drunk sheriff's deputy with no criminal record but a previous history of resisting the law regardless of conviction. Mr. Prosecutor a question please? Would Joe Blow off the street and without a badge have walked? Mr. Sheriff? What would your reaction to the prosecutor been if it had been a citizen and the officers he fought your deputies and said citizen took a walk? Maybe Spokane County works on a three strikes and your out run for LEOs but I think we all know the answer to those questions. Does Washington State have a Training and Standards division for their LEOs? If so they need to take a look at Spokane County Sheriff's Sergeant Pete Bunch.
