Enough again

So it's not legislation, yet, its an international treaty. My reservations remain the same. I see no reason to keep the contents secret unless the writers are afraid of a negative reaction. It's not as if anyone in the House or Senate give a crap what the voters think on these matters. They'll vote the way their major donors tell them to.
