HR 3311: More taxes

To direct the Secretary of the Treasury to establish a pilot program to study alternatives to the current system of taxing motor vehicle fuels, including systems based on the number of miles traveled by each vehicle.
This would apparently provide for the study of the viability of taxing us based on vehicle mileage. The current fuel tax already does that so It looks like they want to tax us twice for the same thing. Then of course there the unintended consequences of whatever technology they use to track the mileage, i.e., using GPS to track our movements. Paranoia? That's what the fucktards who propose shit like this would call it. I call it "concern" for these issues "due diligence" in the current political environment.
