That would be three innocents killed by a evil git who was taken down by a good guy with a gun. He shouldn't even be mentioned in the same count as his victims. The headline makes you think more were killed by the shooter than were. Oh, and the evil git used a rifle so expect more pressure to ban evil weapons of war. Expect this one to fade out of the news since you can't report favorably on a good guy with a gun. To the hero who took the bad guy down, damn good work.

In Tulsa, a woman entered a store with a gun after and altercation outside and opened fire. A concealed carry permit holder inside shot and killed her. The woman was the only fatality. There is no mention if anyone else was injured but I'm sure the press would make sure to have mentioned it if there had been.

In Alabama, a father and his kids were in a McDonald's when a gunman entered the restaurant and opened fire.

The father then opened fire on the gunman, fatally wounding him. The unidentified dad and one of his kids, a minor, were also struck, but do not have life-threatening injuries.

The gunman is answering to his maker, and those injured will recover. Nobody dies but the asshole who needed to. That's a win.
