This is what we get when bureaucrats have power...
...and too much time on there hands. The EPA has too many employees and too large a budget. Both need reduction.

Pound Sand
Texas has files suit against the EPA over it's finding that greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide included, are dangerous gases and so must be regulated. Texas claims the finding is based on the ruling is based on flawed science and would wreck the state's economy. Various industries are already on this bandwagon but Texas is the first state. They are hopefully not the last. EPA...pound sand.
