NIH Awarded More Than 56,000 Grants in 2020. Just 2 Percent Were for Studying COVID....or evidence as to how serious they were actually taking the pandemic and how serious we should take it.More evidence that the public health bureaucracy dropped the ball when a once-in-a-generation pandemic hit.
