Good.

So, in New Jersey, a former firefighter heard someone rumbling around outside his parent's house. Thinking it might be a burglar, he grabbed his shotgun and went to investigate. Turned out it was the local cops looking for a bad guy. They figured they'd found one and arrested him for possession of a firearm with an unlawful purpose and aggravated assault by pointing a firearm. The local police chief said he should have called 911. The possible sentence was ten years in prison.

Fortunately, the jury thought different, and found him not guilty.
