North Carolina: HB 2031: No Seizure of Firearms in Emergency

According to Grass Roots North Carolina some good people in the North Carolina Legislature have reintroduced HB 2031: NO SEIZURE OF FIREARMS IN EMERGENCY/FUNDS. This bill will prevent local authorities from banning the carrying and sale of firearms and ammunition during a declared state of emergency. This is a response the happenings is King, North Carolina this past February during a winter storm.
