I expected them to go after another one of the big dogs like Bloomberg and NYC.

While they're at it how about a suit against the local act that allows Durham County to require registration of handguns when 99 other counties don't and can't because of preemption. Or better yet why don't you guys in the North Carolina Legislature avoid a law suit and repeal it
