Since the meth makers were getting their supply of pseudoephedrine from drug stores and pharmacies, States passed laws that required pharmacies to place it behind the counter and require ID to purchase it. In some states like Missouri this apparently has had little impact. Who’d a thunk it. I mean prohibition has worked so well with guns, other drugs and alcohol, why change the model? There is talk now about requiring a doctor’s prescription to get cold meds. It didn’t work the first time, try HARDER. God please save us from the nanny state.
