Most gun owners know that the word "commonsense" isn't a code word for "confiscation." -- President Barak ObamaExcept Mr. President, in our experience with proponents of gun control, that's exactly what words like common sense and reasonable have always meant. And they took us down a slippery slope that we've only just began to see the top of again. Mr. President, do you sense distrust? Hell yeah. So, no thanks and no compromise.

This from a president who's own agencies (*cough* ATF *cough) stand accused of subverting the Constitution by allowing illegal firearms purchases to proceed, allowing such weapons to cross into Mexico (in direct contravention of international law), and who are therefore responsible for the deaths of a Border Patrol and ICE agent in recent weeks.
