We've won another one and...
...and John Richardson has the details at No Lawyers - Only Guns and Money. The short of it is that Nevada Administrative Code prohibited possession of firearms in State Parks unless the possessor had a concealed carry permit and even then prohibited the discharge of firearms even in cases of self-defense. The code was challenged and all parties have agree to an injunction preventing it's enforcement until it can be changed. Congratulations to all involved on both sides. This shows what reasonable people who want to find a solution to a problem can accomplish.
