As Hurricane/Topical Storm Earl approached the coast of North Carolina, Governor Bev Perdue placed the State under a State of Emergency and in so doing made it illegal for gun owners to take their firearms off their residential property. Governor Perdue claims she did no such thing. She lies, and Paul Valone tells us the truth.
