In Massachusetts a man sitting on his front porch was approached by two thugs. They asked a couple of questions then ordered him to empty his pockets. One began to pistol whip him and the other started shooting. The man had a gun in his waistband. He couldn't get it clear of his pants and so shoots the thugs through his clothing. They died from their wounds. He suffered wounds to his groin, wrist, and chest. Simple self-defense as far as anyone can tell from a news story, and self-defense is a human right. It ended as it should.
I am curious though as to whether any of his wounds were self inflicted during the gun fight in his struggle to get his weapon clear of his clothing. Just wondering.
