The language in section 224 is broad enough to allow the secretary to not only require coverage for politically correct purposes (such as sex change operations and same-sex couples), but also to exclude coverage for “dangerous” activities such as hunting and keeping a gun in the house for self-defense.This has the potential to do more harm to gun owners than any assault weapons bill ever could. Gun control is only one of the many reasons to oppose this near 2000 page extended middle finger to the American people. Call, write, or email your elected representatives and tell them the consequences of of a yea vote on this bill. Do it now.
On the last point, the bill’s “wellness” initiatives (such as section 112(b)’s “qualified wellness program”) may also be used to impose gun control, notwithstanding section 211’s supposed bar on consideration of preexisting conditions.

Pelosi Health Care Screw You Bill
There may be a reason gun control has been on the back burner in the Democrat Congress. Why approach such a divisive issue head on when you can get what you want by sneaking it in from the flank. Note this from an evaluation of the Pelosi Health Care Bill posted over at Redstate. .
