Not Good Enough

In San Diego, CA, a homeowner thought she heard someone in the backyard and went to look. She bumped into a deputy looking for a prowler and got shot for her trouble.

The deputy reportedly told her, “I’m sorry, you startled me,” Morgan said.

I'm sorry, that ain't good enough. Keep your finger off the trigger and you won't accidentally pull it when someone frightens you which likely to happen when you're in somebody's backyard without their knowledge.

The homeowner is recovering in the hospital.
