Senator Frank Lautenburg and Representative Carolyn McCarthy are planning to introduce a bill to ban high capacity magazines. Doesn't matter whether it has a snowballs chance in hell. The fact they both will attempt to use the attempted murder of Congresswoman Giffords to push their agenda speaks volumes of what worthless trash they are.
