On this date in history I dreamed.
At the age of eight I sat in front of a television with my cousins and watched the launch of Apollo 11. At the age of 48 I'm convinced we'll never go beyond an "International" space station orbiting our planet. Over forty years have passed with no permanent base on the moon or a landing on Mars? I'm not putting down the accomplishment of Apollo I'm just disappointed in the follow-up.
