Trump defies DiFi and Kamala, nominating 3 Federalist Society members for Ninth Circuit

How 'bout some conservative judges on the 4th Circuit now? I don't know if there are any vacancies on the 4th, but if their are, they are just as bad as the 9th. Go at 'em please. Oh, and it's past time that blue slip nonsense went away.
