This bill is allegedly a response to the Boston Bombing but really it just another shot at gun owners, specifically those that load their own ammunition.

Didn't the two ultra evil gits use powder from fireworks to make their bombs? Bill doesn't mention fireworks or pressure cookers for that matter. As I said it another thinly veiled attack on your Second Amendment rights from the usual suspects.
