t wasn't the Garands that gave the gungrabbers the vapors so much as the M-1 Carbines, because THOSE can take a 30-round(!) DETACHABLE(ZOMG!!) magazine!!1!
My thinking is the only crime gun imported in sigificant numbers would be the Bulgarian Makarov. Which isn't C&R.
Any gun not in their hands gives them the vapors. It not the gun they fear. It is us.
