John Carter of Mars
Not exactly as envisioned by Edgar Rice Burroughs, I think, but I've been waiting for a half-decent adaptation of his Barsoom novels since I picked my first one up at about the age of twelve. Can't wait.

Yeah... it will be interesting to see how badly they screw this up :).

It's a forgone conclusion that they won't make it the way I want them to. If they make it true to the spirit of the original I'll be satisfied. As long as they don't fuck it up to the same extent they did Starship Troopers I'll be ok.
