...Hawaii has proposed a law that would criminalize the sale of toy guns to minors. Sell a Nerf gun to a kid under 18 years old and get a $2000 fine and/or 90 days in jail. If my child uses their money to buy any toy I don't want them to have I take it away from them and they take the loss. I neither want nor need the government to regulate the matter or hold a store owner criminally libel for my potential parental failures. This bit of fuckwittery was brought to you by Democrat Scott K. Saiki. you guys in Hawaii seriously need to kick this twit to the curb because he apparently has way too much time on his hands as an elected official.
