Free Speech and Banned BooksThis ongoing argument about downloading digital code so you can us a multitude of devices to make firearms is as much a issue of the First Amendment as the Second with the weight going toward the First. The anti's argument seems to be this information is dangerous and digital so its not protected like a book would be. We can ban it. Ummm. OK. The 3-D printing code for the Liberator pistol is now in book form. Let's see how the courts feel about banning that. The stopper is out of the drain guys. You can't put it back in.
