Silence by Mercedes Lackey and Cody Martin

I don't read much by Mercedes Lackey other than her collaborations with Eric Flint and David Freer, which are top notch. I got this in one of the Baen bundles. This is an urban fantasy in one of her series that I've not read any of the other books. Good Elves V. Bad Elves in a small Maine town. I enjoyed it, but probably not enough to get to seek out the other books in the series.
