Another Win for the Good Guys?

I looks like gun owners may soon be able to exercise their Second Amendment rights on Corps of Engineer lands the same way they are in the National Parks. That means if you can legally own a firearm and your carry complies with the laws of the Host State you're good. It not settled yet the fact that the Corps seems willing to work out a deal bodes well. What a difference a change in Administrations makes.
