Vietnam veteran justified in killing robber

Problem Solving
Two armed robbers drove up beside a Vietnam Vet sitting in his car and flashed a gun. The Vet, being in fear for his life, opened fire killing one and wounding the other. The robbers were wanted in several other robberies in the area. Problem solved.
