He should be spending the rest of his life in prison. He violated the community's trust, but more important he sexually assaulted a four year old. He assaulted a four year old and got a $5000 fine and four years in jail. I've been told on more than one occasion that police are held to a higher standard, and no one is above the law. Prove it. Hold him to a higher standard.
