The victim in his 20s was hanging out with friends and "playing with a gun" at Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park -- a park named after an SDPD officer gunned down in the line of duty in 2011 -- when he pulled the trigger and the weapon discharged and wounded his ankle around 1:45 p.m.
