A victory of sorts

It's the right kind of victory for the Romeike Family. Homeland Security has granted them indefinite deferred status. So they get to stay here in the United States. That's a blessing. It's not a victory for the rest of us since the Supreme Court refused to review their case. That denial lets stand the DOJ's argument that a a parent has no fundamental right to determine the education of their children. What hens when they start applying that position to domestic cases?
