And then there were none.

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn's veto has been overridden by both the Illinois House and Senate. Concealed Carry in Illinois is now the law of the land and all States have concealed carry of one kind or another.

Next step will be Rahm "Deadfish" Emanuel rewriting the CCW laws to make them as burdensome, painful, slow, and useless as possible. Watch for sneaky backdoor tactics, like making it a felony to carry a concealed weapon with a license within 3000 feet of a school, etc. Anyone who thinks anyone is going to get a CCW in Chicago is crazy. That's going to happen shortly after NYC drops the Sullivan Act and starts issuing CCWs for those who daily navigate its lawless Third World streets, or around the time Hell freezes over.
