A British company seems to have come up with a viable liquid body armor. It’s lighter and more effective than current body armor. That would be a boon to the military, police, and anyone else who might need the protection of body armor. No telling when it might be on the market, and God knows if it will ever be available to non governmental types.

Having spent a number of years wrapped in Kevlar, I can tell ya it had it's advantage during those cold ass Northeast Ohio winters. Of course summer was not much fun, especially since dept. policy allowed us to go without only when temps were above 90 and humidity was above 80%.
Needless to say, I wonder if liquid body armor would have an equal and opposite reaction? hehehe
MikeH.
they make us wear it all the fracking time and the humidity down here in NC really sucks.
