The art is by a British artist named Boo Cook. He isn't the reason I picked up this piece, but it is a nice sample of his art. I just wanted a piece of Doctor Who art, and this fit the bill and my price. On the downside, shipping from [formerly] Great Britain doubled the cost. Oh, well...
