The Monster Hunter Files, edited by Larry Correia & Bryan Thomas Schmidt with stories by Correia, Schmidt, Sarah Hoyt, Jim Butcher, Faith Hunter, Jonathan Maberry, Jody Lynn Nye, John Ringo and others.

They're all good. My favorite is Butcher's which basically could be described as the Rats of NIMH meet MHI or at least their maintenance man. Highly recommended.
