Outrage over ‘Game of Thrones’ Creators ‘Confederate’ HBO Show: ‘Two White Guys’ Making Slavery Series

When I saw the posts on this show originally, I saw it as a thinly veiled poke at conservatives 'cuz we're all racists and secretly yearn for a return to the old South. Hoist on their own petard, they are. Heh.

Actually, the premise isn't new. There have been many alternate histories of the Civil War and it's aftermath in fiction. Some well thought out. Some, not so much. This, I think, will be the later.
