That endorsement s good enough for me. The problem now is the Democrats are going to filibuster this and any other nomination. If they ever get the White House back, they'll kill the filibuster for their nominees. They've already said as much. Time for the Republicans to play ball by the same rules. Give the Democrats the opportunity to extend the same courtesy the Republicans extended them on Kagan and Sotomeyer. If they flip the right the bird then...
