While I have misgivings about their use of 'misfire' I don't know that this was GROSS negligence (such has booger hooking during reholster). Seeing as this was part of the guns for teachers class, and they mentioned a mechanical issue that required the instructors assist, and a richochet... Its more info than I expect, but less than whole. If it were a simple ND, I would expect more ZOMG TEACHERZ WILL ACCIDENTLY SHOOT TEH CHILDRENZ!!1!11eleventy!
